Manage and Cancel Your Change Clothes AI Subscription

Accessing the Subscription Management Page

To manage your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner to open the user menu.
2. Select the "Manage Subscription" option.

Viewing Subscription Details

On the subscription management page, you can view:

• Subscription product name
• Subscription status (Active/Cancelled)
• Start date
• Subscription amount and currency
• If cancelled, the end date will also be displayed.

You can also use the "Refresh" button to update the subscription information.

Cancelling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription:

1. Click the "Cancel" button on the active subscription item.
2. Confirm the cancellation in the confirmation dialog.
3. The system will process your cancellation request.
4. The page will automatically refresh after 3 seconds to display the updated status.

Please note:

• After cancelling your subscription, you can still use any remaining credits.
• Cancellation is irreversible. You will need to resubscribe to continue using the service.
• If you encounter any issues with cancellation, please try again later or contact customer support.
